Mr. Ichihara, who is good at cooking, "Maybe I'm enjoying playing house."
──What made you addicted to cooking? Ichihara: From an early age, I loved helping his mother. If you look at the pictures of him when he was little, you can see many people standing on the table in the kitchen. He's only a couple of years old, so he just messed up the kitchen instead of helping, but I think his mother, who made the kitchen a playground, made him love cooking. ──Is he interested in making? Ichihara: I liked it. I feel that he was cooking with the feeling of building blocks. He also played a lot of restaurants. I remember being very happy that he ate "delicious" when he served his parents. ──There is a line that says "Mother's rice is bad" in the line of Dr. Amarita. Mr. Ichihara, who is good at cooking, have you ever made a mistake in cooking? Ichihara: There is. When I was living alone, I decided to have a party with my friends and made paella, but I wasn't used to cooking with a large number of people, and it seems that the soup stock hadn't penetrated into the rice. It was really shocking to be told, "It doesn't taste, it's bad." After that, I started to read the internet and cookbooks carefully before making them. ──You may refer to the recipe online. Ichihara: I'm a solid member (laughs). There are many ways to make one menu, so it's interesting to see them. In cookbooks, photos look delicious, but when I actually make them, they don't fit my taste, so I'm studying in many ways. ──When you look at Insta, you are spending a lot of time cooking, but is there a simple and recommended recipe that anyone can do? Mr. Ichihara: It's a dessert that I often eat, but I cut apples, bananas and kiwis into 2 to 3 cm squares and put them in storage bags to freeze them. When you eat, mix as much as you need and sprinkle with maple syrup to make an organic gelato. ── It looks good on your body! Mr. Ichihara: I like to make appetizers while drinking alcohol at night, and I often make regular dishes with that momentum. ── Isn't it possible to make something that takes time and effort if you notice it while drinking? Mr. Ichihara: It may be fun to feel like entering your own world. My feelings are the same as when I was a kid, and I may be doing it as if I were playing house. The next page is: "I seem to be the type of person who wants to meet in person and communicate with each other."
